Offering the student supported postures in a combination of longer hold and gentle movement.  Some props are supplied but BYOBolster and anything else you may need for added support

Yin inspired

This session takes you through a series of supported Yin postures customized to a clients specific needs.  While gently stretching the connective tissue the practitioner will use a series on hand placements to guide and help chakras align.  Reiki is a massage for the energies on the body.  This treatment does it all.
